Getting to Paseo Herencia
Paseo Herencia Mall is on J.E. Irausquin Blvd 382A, the boulevard that runs behind the Palm Beach high-rise hotels. From many hotels on the strip you can walk over; coming from Eagle Beach or Oranjestad it's a short taxi or bus ride along the same road.
Inside the mall, head into the courtyard and look for the colorful turtle sign.
